By signing this register, you agree to abide by the Health & Safety Policy of this business, obey all signs and instructions, wear all personal protective equipment deemed necessary, and act in a way that does not jeopardize the health and safety of yourself or any other worker. You must also notify the owners if any new risks or hazards are identified and if any incidents occurred fill out and submit an incident report.

The key points for health and safety are to

• Identify all significant hazards on your orchard
• If you can, eliminate the hazards
• If you can't eliminate the hazards, isolate them (cage or fence them off)
• if you can't isolate hazards, minimize them (protective equipment, signs etc)
• Monitor hazards regularly
• Record significant hazards, controls and monitoring in the hazard register
